All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14 business days.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14-18 business days, depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through our website or directly via the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kuvadiya.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item or after noticing that your shipment is lost. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 8 hours after placing the order, provided that they have not yet been shipped.

- Exchanges must be requested within 7 Days of the delivery date.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
- Sale or clearance items may not be exchanged unless otherwise specified.

Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exclusions:
We do not accept exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase. Exchanges on international orders are subject to additional shipping fees.
