Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14 business days.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14-18 business days, depending on the destination country.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing times. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through our website or directly via the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Kuvadiya Gems LLP is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kuvadiya.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item or after noticing that your shipment is lost. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 8 hours after placing the order, provided that they have not yet been shipped.
